Billy Joe Garrett was born on June 27, 1976 in Valliant, Okla., to William “Tak” Garrett and Betty (Haley) Garrett. He was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Garrett.

Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo. Charles went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022 in Durant, Okla., at the age of 82.
