City of Hugo tackles lengthy agenda

Body HUGO –– Discussion regarding several agenda items led to a lengthy Hugo city council meeting last Tuesday. Employee insurance benefits will continue with medical and dental covered by Blue Cross after a motion by councilwoman Tina Bunn.
