OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma fifth- and eighth-grade teachers can apply now for fellowships to attend the Colonial Williamsburg Teacher Institute in summer 2025. The Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence coordinates the selection of educators from the state to participate in the renowned teacher institute, which is held in and around the restored capital city of 18th-century Virginia.

To the Senate Republicans, First and foremost, thank you for your hard work and dedication to your constituents and to all America, you are truly appreciated. But now, with the election of President Trump, your work is going to be more closely scrutinized and evaluated as you go through the process of confirming the President’s choices for his administration. There is no doubt, left-leaning Democrats and Republicans have already flooded your offices with their “concerns” and so it is equally important that you hear from those with opposing viewpoints as well and I hope you will give serious consideration to the points I respectfully enumerate in this short letter.
