HUGO — Hugo city officials have been approached by investors with oil-pipeline construction experience about the possibility of buying a portion of Hugo’s surplus water out of Hugo Lake and marketing it to cities or other entities in western Oklahoma.

Approximately nine months after leading police on a chase through Hugo, and hitting a building on W. Jackson St., the woman responsible has been arrested.
