Staff Hugo City School officials have received formal notice that parents of two middle school students have filed a notice of tort claim against the district for alleged abuse of their children while at school.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Dylan Hansen Yazzie, age 28, of Broken Bow, Okla., entered a guilty plea to one count of sexual exploitation of a child/use of a child to produce a visual depiction.
