City of Hugo swears in new council members after election

HUGO –– The Hugo city council voted on repairs to be made at Cora Lee Park during the most recent council meeting last week. According to Mayor Ernest McCarty, the restroom at the park is in total disrepair and needs to be removed and replaced.
