Date, time set for Hugo Rodeo Parade

The 59th annual PRCA Rodeo and Homecoming Parade has been scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday, June 4. All entries should be based on a western theme. The parade will begin at the Boys and Girls Club on Kirk St. and ending at the rodeo arena. Park all trucks and horse trailers in the parking lot of the club. All parade entries that ride in the Grand Entry will get into the rodeo free on Friday night. …
