Hugo Municipal Authority receives $1,276,941 loan from OWRB

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Hugo Municipal Authority (Authority) received approval for a $1,276,941 loan Tuesday from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) to improve the Authority’s water metering infrastructure.
