Angela Crippin

Funeral services for Angela Crippin, of Soper, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 23, 2021 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home Chapel. Angela passed away April 22, 2021, at the age of 60.

Angela Kay Crippin was born June 20, 1960 in Wichita Falls, Texas, the daughter of Billy Junior Bruce and Edna Ruth (Conner) Bruce and had lived in Soper since 1967. Her parents preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Alan Wayne Bruce.

Angie was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed fishing, playing bingo and computer games and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Angie is survived by her companion and best friend; son, Billy Joe “B.J.” Melton of Hugo; a granddaughter; a grandson; sister, Karen Ruth Davidson of Hugo; brothers: Billy Carroll Bruce, Calvin Ray “Pokie” Bruce and Johnny Carl Bruce, all of Soper, along with many other relatives and friends.

Interment followed the service at Soper Cemetery with Bro. Tim Harless officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
