Funeral services for “Katkiller” Harold Ray Langley, of Fort Towson, Okla., will be held at 3 p.m. May 1, 2021 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home Chapel.

“Katkiller,” a 77-year-old Fort Towson resident, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021. Harold Ray Langley was born on Tuesday, June 29, 1943 to Ralph and Louise (Williams) Langley. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Katkiller married Vicki Larkin on Jan. 5, 1991in Elysian Fields, Texas. He was an amazing loving husband, dad, brother, grandpa, great-grandpa, uncle, cousin and friend.

Katkiller was a proud retired US Navy veteran who served his country for 20 years, serving in Vietnam and stationed many other places around the world. Following his military career, he had a career in trucking, was a cowboy, along with many other things. He and his wife, Vicki moved to the Fort Towson area and set up the “Do-Nothing Ranch,” where they had spent more than 20 years, building their dreams. Katkiller loved spending time with her and Chad at the ranch, tinkering on his numerous bikes and vehicles. He was the President of the Choctaw County Forsaken Few Motor Cycle Club and enjoyed hanging out with his MC brothers and riding to events or just around town. Katkiller loved and adored spending time with all his grandkids and great-grandchildren. He also loved helping neighbors with cows and taking care of all their own animals.

Katkiller is survived by his wife of 30 years, Victorie; sons: Michael Ray Langley and wife, Mandy of Roland, Okla., and Chad Michael Langley of Fort Towson; daughter, Pamela Irene Bruso and husband, Jimmy of Van Buren, Ark.; grandchildren: Brandon Matthew Langley, Cameron Bruso and wife, Kayla, Katlyn Rackley and husband, Evan, Cammey Bruso and fiance, Nathan Sharp; four greatgrandchildren; three half-sisters, along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Katkiller’s kindness, caring, infectious smile, and humor will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

An Inurnment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C.

Services are under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
