Funeral services for Marie Reynolds were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 15, 2023 at First Baptist Church, Hugo, with Pastor Danny Mills officiating. Burial followed at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Marie passed away Monday, Sept. 11, 2023, in Hugo, Okla., at the age of 74.

Marie Louise Reynolds was born Oct. 1, 1948 in New York City, the daughter of Walter and Mary (Patterson) Krammer.

Marie was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved her family beyond measure. She cherished the time that she spent with all of them. Marie loved the Lord. She was a member of Hugo First Baptist church for more than 25 years. Her church and her church family were an important part of her life.

Marie worked at Wyrick Lumber, previously Hugo Sash and Door, for more than 40 years. She had a love for her customers and took great pride in helping each one. She enjoyed her job and was a hard worker.

She loved animals and the outdoors. She enjoyed working in her yard, planting her flowers, tending to her shrubs and working in her garden. Marie was very creative at making flower arrangements and decorating. She also enjoyed music, mostly old rock and classic music.

She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her parents. Marie is survived by her five children: Laura Hatcher and husband, Rocky of Antlers, Okla., Cherie Racanelli of Lewisburg, Tenn., Melissa Tollett and husband, Alan, Shane Reynolds and wife, Stephanie, and Jenna Parsons and husband, Joe, all of Hugo; 11 grandchildren: Larry Masters, Heather Hatcher, Dusty Beene, Dakota Beene, Colton Tollett, Allie Tollett, Baren Reynolds, Kacie Reynolds, Malie Parsons, Bri Parsons and Hazen Parsons; 12 great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Debbie Waterman of Antlers and Cynthia Delleu of Manhattan, N.Y.; nephews: Jason Harris of Fort Towson, Okla., and Marcos Delleu of Florida.
