CHOCTAW COUNTY –– At approximately 4:19 p.m., a 2024 Peterbilt tractor trailer, driven by a Mississippi man, was traveling westbound on US 70, near Swink when the driver departed the highway to the right, causing his load of cattle to shift, and over turned one-quarter time onto passenger side.

Fort Towson teen pleads guilty to 2020 murder

MUSKOGEE –– The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Bryson Noel Miller, age 19, of Fort Towson, Okla., entered a guilty plea to one count of murder in Indian Country.
