HUGO –– A Choctaw County landowner was arrested last week after a Sheriff Department Deputy and fire officials allege he was interfering with their ability to extinguish a grass fire on his property.

HUGO — Hugo found itself in an unusual position Friday night, unable to keep up with Silo or effectively stop the Rebels. Silo got out to a three-point lead to start the game and never relinquished it, beating the Buffs, 49-41.
