Oklahoma health insurance marketplace open enrollment begins soon

Open Enrollment for the 2027 Health Insurance Marketplace in Oklahoma begins Nov. 1, 2026. During this period, Oklahoma residents can enroll in, re-enroll in or change Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans through the federal Marketplace at HealthCare. gov.

Oklahoma will remain on the federal exchange for plan year 2027. The transition to Oklahoma’s new state-based exchange will begin in 2028.
