The Hugo Area Chamber of Commerce Winter Wonderland Christmas Parade will be held at 6 p.m. Dec. 13. Line up at the Boys & Girls Club by 5 p.m. The parade will end at Lions Park where there will be free hot chocolate and cookies, vendors and booths, pictures with Santa.
