Hugo author releases first book

Hugo’s Charlene Parker Blue just released her first book, “Reflections of God’s Word, Volume 1.” Blue, who is originally from Hugo, has lived in Ada for the past 23 years. She is married to Billy Blue, Jr. for 14 years. Her parents are Bro. Charles L. Parker and the late Sis. Lucile L. Parker of Hugo. Her book will be available on March 20 on many different platforms...
