The Hugo High School

The Hugo High School Environmental Science students, along with a $3,500 Whole Foods Market Garden Grant, created a community garden. Students started the plants from seed in a greenhouse located in the classroom. The plants were then transplanted to the garden bins. The students planted the following vegetables and flowers:

 Lettuce. 

Asparagus. 

Beets. 

Onions.
