Newly-elected Hugo city council members Robbie Ridenour (far left) and Charles Elswick (right), along with returning incumbent Tina Bunn (center) took the oath of office and were sworn in by Hugo city clerk Debra Searcy Monday morning. Their terms will begin at the May 6 city council meeting....
