Reckless discharge of firearm leads to arrest of Hugo man

HUGO — A Hugo man was arrested last week after authorities say he recklessly fired a handgun toward a residence, striking the home with multiple rounds.

According to the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of shots fired at a home on N. 4240 Road on Sept. 8. Investigators discovered four 9mm rounds had struck the occupied dwelling.
