Freida Gail (Miller) Wall
Funeral services for Freida Gail (Miller) Wall, of Boswell, Okla., were held Sept. 5, 2025 at Sugar Creek Cemetery. Freida passed away Aug. 31, 2025, at the age of 69.
Freida Gail (Miller) Wall was born on Oct. 28, 1955 in Barstow, Calif., the daughter of Ernest Lee Miller and Ruth Nell (Gilbreath) Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Freida grew up in California and moved to Antlers when she was 15. She graduated from Antlers High School, Class of 1974 and married her beloved husband, Charles Wall, on Nov. 7, 1977 in Durant. They later moved to Choctaw County in 1985. Freida dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a home health aide, where she provided comfort and care to countless individuals.
Freida loved reading and could often be found with a book in hand, lost in stories and adventures. She enjoyed being out in nature, going to the park and watching hummingbirds. Freida also loved her cats and roses. Her competitive spirit shone through in her enthusiasm for playing bingo, card games and board games, hobbies that also allowed her to cherish the company of her friends and family. Freida has left this world a better place and while she will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to inspire kindness and love in the hearts of her family and friends. Freida is survived by her husband, Charles Wall; her son, Christopher Wall of Boswell, Okla.; her daughter, Jennifer Tafoya and husband of Albuquerque, N.M.; a grandson and brothers: Tom Miller and wife of Pensacola, Fla., and Robert Miller and wife of Oklahoma City, Okla., along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
Services were under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
