Kaylee Hart Middleton

A small gathering of family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. April 22, 2023 at Springs Chapel Cemetery in Hugo, Okla., for a memorial service for Kaylee Hart Middleton.

Kaylee Hart Middleton passed from this life on Feb. 12, 2023 in Hugo, Okla. She was born to Cynthia Thompson on Sept. 12, 1983 in Anchorage, Alaska.

Kaylee and her mother moved to Hugo when she was an infant and was raised by her grandparents, Roy and Bobbie Thompson.

Kaylee is proceeded in death by her mother, Cynthia Thompson; grandparents: Roy and Bobbie Thompson; brother, Christopher Ward; nephew and niece: Benjamin and Kaitlyn Buchanan.

She is survived by her sister, Nikki (Buchanan) Cantu and husband, Joe of Bartlesville, Okla.; cousin, Malynda Thompson of Paris, Texas; uncles: Spook Thompson and wife, Carol of Alaska, Jack Thompson of Washington and David Thompson, along with other family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Kaylee didn’t have an easy life growing up or the best of guidance that a young child needed, which showed in the decisions she made as an adult. She was always in a state of chaos and turmoil and we hope that now, she is resting in peace.

“And the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.” Ecclesiastes 12:7.
