Graveside services for Martha Louise Green, of Hugo, Okla., will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022 at Grant Cemetery. Martha passed away Aug. 29, 2022, at the age of 81. Martha Louise Green, 81, was born in Mansfield, La., the daughter of Daniel Jackson Kinard and LaVader (Burrow) Kinard. County man arrested after vehicle pursuit

Choctaw County Sheriff’s Department took a report of a motor vehicle theft from Sawyer Monday morning. According to Sheriff Terry Park, Undersheriff Ronald Miller was in pursuit of the stolen SUV when the suspect ran into the back of a county grader off of Fallon Rd., fled the vehicle and took off on foot.
