Mary Ann Johnson

Funeral services for Mary Ann Johnson, of Hugo, Okla., will be held at 2 p.m. Oct. 3, 2026 at Pleasant Hill Baptist. Mary passed away Sept. 28, 2026, at the age of 72.

Mary Johnson was born July 11, 1954 in Hugo, to Parthina Johnson. She was preceded in death by her mother, Parthina Johnson; three brothers: Ezekiel Johnson, Rollie Johnson and Robert Johnson; one sister, Cornelia Wilson. Mary was a person who could brighten up your day with her beautiful smile and laughter. Whenever you would come around, she would always ask about everyone. Mary accepted Christ at an early age and was a devoted servant until her passing. Mary attended Grant Public Schools. Mary was a beloved sister, auntie, friend and a cherished member of her family. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved siblings: Viola Beaver, LuTina Bray, Jerry Johnson, Don Johnson, along with a host of nieces and nephews, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, 2026 at Rogan Funeral Home. The Rev. Carlton Mitchell will officiate the service, under the direction of Rogan Funeral Home.
