Mildred Natalie (Hines) Webber, of Soper, Okla., passed away Feb. 22, 2025, at the age of 88.

Mildred Natalie (Hines) Webber was born on March 27, 1936 in Kansas City, Mo. She was the daughter of Millard and Nellie (Wagner) Hines and the fourth of eight children. Natalie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Beryl Lee Webber; an infant brother, Millard L. Hines, Jr.; and two older sisters: Mary Ropiequet and Martha Templeton.

Natalie graduated from Birch Tree High School in Missouri in 1954. She went on to Greensburg, Kan., to attend nursing school, then to Independence, Kan., to do her clinicals. That is where she met her husband, Beryl Lee Webber and they were married on Jan. 28, 1956. After marriage, she held a variety of jobs until her son was born. Later she worked at Boeing Aircraft in Wichita, Kan., and was a Shaklee products distributor. Natalie went on to return to college after her son was grown. She received her Bachelor of Arts in religion from Heritage Baptist University. She became a teacher at the church until retirement. Natalie was a member of the Wichita Baptist Tabernacle in Wichita, Kan., then moved her membership to Lifepoint Baptist Church in San Angelo, Texas, where her son was a minister. Natalie enjoyed music and sang in school and church choirs. She loved her family deeply and enjoyed spending time with them. Natalie looked forward to reunions with her maternal family, where there was much laughter. She spent time doing maternal family genealogy research, as well as her paternal side. Her beautiful smile and soul blessed all who knew her throughout her life. The biggest joy of her life was raising her son, Phillip Lee Webber, as well as the time spent with her three grandchildren.

Natalie is survived by her son, Phillip Webber and wife; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers: Bill Hines and wife, John Hines and wife, Ed Hines and wife; and sister, Becky Boykin and husband; as well as numerous, nieces, and nephews.

Arrangements were under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
