Funeral services for Otho Ervin Head, Jr. will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 2023 at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jessie Hopkins officiating.

Otho Ervin Head, Jr. passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023 in Hugo, Okla., at the age of 31. He was born on July 3, 1991, the son of Otho Ervin Head, Sr. and Mary (Noah) Head in Talihina, Okla.

Otho was a guitar man. He would tinker on just about anything and get it back to working. His favorite time was picking his guitar.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Lydel Glenn Noah; a grandmother.

Otho is survived by his mother, Mary Head of Hugo; siblings: Shawn Noah of Soper, Okla., Courtney Head of Hugo, Jeremy Head of Durant, Okla.; an aunt, Ann Thomas and uncle.

Funeral arrangements were trusted to Mt. Olive Funeral Home, Hugo.
