Patricia Kaye Spalding

Funeral services for Patricia Kaye Spalding, of Antlers, Okla., were held at 10 a.m. Oct. 20, 2021 at Kent Baptist Church in Soper, Okla. Patricia passed away Oct. 18, 2021, at the age of 67.

Patricia Kaye Spalding was born June 2, 1954 in China Lake, Calif., to Kennith Elton and Vita Marie (Stepp) Evans. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ronald Keith Evans and granddaughter, Danika Marie Spalding.

Pat was a graduate of China Lake High School, Class of 1972. She married the love of her life, Robert Lloyd Spalding on Dec. 28, 1973 at Kent Baptist Church. Pat was a faithful member of Kent Baptist and loved the Lord. She was the church secretary and enjoyed singing and working at the church. Pat especially loved being a sponsor at K.B.A church camp. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her precious grandchildren. Pat’s prayer was that she would live to see her twin grandsons born, and God was faithful to answer her prayer. She loved sewing, flower gardening and she especially loved feeding their cattle, and had a name for every cow. Pat was a kind, loving and faithful servant of God and she will be terribly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Pat is survived by her husband of 47 years, Robert Lloyd Spalding; sons: Michael Than Spalding and wife, Megan of Osceola, Iowa, Dustin Joel Spalding and wife, Megan of Antlers and son, Robert Lee Spalding of Antlers; daughter, Tammy Dawn Spalding Green and husband, Mike of Rattan, Okla.; 12 grandchildren: Dean, Zoey, Dakota, Brynlei, Tatum, Weston, Ripp, Brittney, Coy, Michele, Hunter and Casey; brother, Johnny Ray Evans of Ridgecrest, Calif.; sister, Donna Lynn Beasley of Antlers, along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Interment followed the service at Sugar Creek Cemetery in Soper with Bro. Charles Mueller and Bro. Eddie Lane officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
