Randy Lee Himes

Funeral services for Randy Lee Himes, of Fort Towson, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2025 at Corinth Baptist Church in Fort Towson.

Randy Lee Himes was born on July 29, 1962 in Hugo, Okla., the son of Robert Himes and Essie Faye (Simpson) Himes. He was preceded in death by his parents. Randy passed away surrounded by his beloved family on Feb. 1, 2025 at his home in Frogville, Okla., at the age of 62.

Randy was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Fort Towson and had lived most of his life in the Fort Towson and Frogville area. He enjoyed the outdoors, spending time working on vehicles and hunting. Randy loved playing the guitar and spending time with his friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Randy is survived by his son, Ryan Himes of Fort Towson; his caretaker; brother, Johnny Himes and wife of Swink, Okla.; sisters: Geneva Guyer and husband of Sawyer, Okla., Bobbie Himes of Fort Towson and Mary Price and husband of Fort Towson, along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, family and loved ones. Interment followed the service at Fort Towson Cemetery with Bro. Ronnie Miller officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
