Sharon Kay (Collins) Loftis

Memorial services for Sharon Kay (Collins) Loftis, of Antlers, Okla., were held June 7, 2025 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home. Sharon passed away June 4, 2025, at the age of 79.

Sharon Kay (Collins) Loftis was born on Nov. 27, 1945 in Barnsdall, Okla., the daughter of James E. Collins and Lola (Rockwell) Collins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Loftis, Sr.; son, Timothy Joe Loftis; a grandson; brother, Sam Collins and sisters: Norma Collins and Linda Collins.

Sharon grew up and lived in southeast Oklahoma all of her life. She was a dedicated homemaker and loved to care for her family and home. She married her loving husband, Gerald Loftis, Sr., in 1962 in Bartlesville, Okla. Sharon enjoyed shopping, watching TV and drinking her coffee. She loved going out to eat with her family and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Sharon is survived by her loving family, sons: Virgil Loftis of Antlers, Gerald Loftis, Jr. of Antlers and Ervin Lee Loftis of Antlers; daughters: Mickie Wilson of Antlers, Linda Kay Wilson of Hugo and Mary Lizbeth Mauldin of Hugo; nine grandchildren; and sister, Sandra Dean of Hugo; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Pastor Billy Hunter officiated the service, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
