Zane was a lifelong resident of Valliant, Okla., and was a graduate of Valliant High School, Class of 2017. He later went on to pursue a career in law enforcement. In 2022, he graduated the CLEET Police Academy in Ada, Okla., and began his career with the Broken Bow Police Department. Zane served his community with commitment and courage.
He understood the importance of duty and took pride in being someone others could rely on.
Zane’s work reflected his sense of responsibility and his desire to make a difference in the lives of those around him. Through his service, he demonstrated integrity and strength, and he earned the respect of his colleagues and the community he helped protect.
Outside of work, Zane lived with a spirit that was unmistakably his own. He was a man of many hobbies and talents. Zane enjoyed bull riding and skateboarding when he was growing up. He had a passion for music, playing guitar and doing gigs on the weekends was something he loved. Zane also enjoyed baseball, his many guns, and most of all taking his motorcycle out for a drive. Above all, he cherished his family and friends and the time he spent with them.
Zane was a man who valued being free, and that spirit was woven into the way he lived each day. He pursued the things that made him feel alive, and he did so with a boldness that left an impression on others. Whether he was working, spending time with friends, enjoying music, or riding his motorcycle, he brought his full self to the moment.
