HUGO — The Lady Buffaloes are 1-2 one week into the season after a game one win over Henryetta and losses to Wright City and Broken Bow. Hugo started the season on a high note with a 48-44 road win over Henryetta, but head coach David Vann walked away from the game disappointed in the change in his team from the second quarter on.
QUINCY SHELTON found himself in the paint surrounded by the entire Broken Bow Savage basketball team in tournament basketball action last week... but that didn’t stop him from putting up a two-point shot for the Hugo Buffaloes.
