Body by Jennifer Palmer Oklahoma’s attorney general on Friday sued to stop the nation’s first publicly-funded religious charter school. Gentner Drummond filed the petition in the Oklahoma State Supreme Court, seeking to rescind the state’s sponsorship of the school.
