Robert Lee “Bobby” Rabon, of Hugo, Okla., passed away Jan. 30, 2026, at the age of 65 years old while at home. He was born on New Years Day in 1961 in Hugo. He graduated from Hugo High School in 1979, where he lettered for the Hugo High School basketball team.

Susan Gaye Smith passed away peacefully on Feb. 2, 2026, at the age of 80, in Hugo, Okla. Born on Feb. 28, 1945 in Durant, Okla., the daughter of Rush T. Winters and Jane Gaye (Hood) Winters. Susan was a cherished soul whose warmth and compassion touched all who knew her.

Sarah Drinnon Threet, a vibrant soul whose laughter was as colorful as her oil paintings, embarked on her final adventure on Oct. 2, 2025 at the Paris Regional Medical Center. Born on June 4, 1960 in Hugo, Okla., Sarah’s life was a canvas of joy, creativity and love, a masterpiece that would make even the Mona Lisa crack a smile.

Billie Alvin Harkins went to his heavenly home on Dec. 28, 2025, at the age of 86. He was born on Sept. 21, 1939 in Swink, Okla., the son of Alvie Lee Harkins and Laura Jane (Miller) Harkins. Billie was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Barbara Ann “Skeeter” Fells; brothers: Harold “Chock” Harkins and Ronald Lee Harkins; sister, Dixie Diane Widing; his mother-in-law and his best friend, Bob Winters.

Dorothy Griffith, of Idabel, Okla., passed away Jan. 6, 2026, at the age of 66.
