The ambulance service started off with one ambulance and was considered a basic life support service.

Former Speaker McCall carries the distinction as the longest serving Speaker in Oklahoma history. An Atoka native, he shared that he sees himself as the only “rural” candidate in the race at this time, uniquely qualified to lead all Oklahomans as Governor.
