HUGO — In the aftermath of last week’s massive $9.5 million dollar award to the family of Jennifer Crowell, who died in Durant (2020) after being incarcerated in the Choctaw County jail, county officials have advised the Hugo News that they have yet to receive any official notification by the Federal court in Muskogee, where the ruling was handed down.
