Teen motocross racer Jace Williams, 17, of Chandler, Okla., has officially qualified for the Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch in Waverly, Tenn., the most prestigious amateur motocross event in the United States.
