The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will hold a two-day wild horse and burro event in Checotah, Okla., June 21-22, at the Checotah Round-Up Club Arena. The event will feature 150 animals for adoption.

Pittman honors Tuskegee Airmen with an annual day

Recently, State Representative Ajay Pittman, D-Oklahoma City, was proud to honor the Tuskegee Airmen on March 25, 2024. The Tuskegee Airmen, the nation’s first black military pilots, made significant contributions to the United States during World War II and laid the foundation for the future success of African Americans in the U.S. Military.

Aceleigh is the 4-year-old daughter of John and Ashlyn Colley. She was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and was scheduled to undergo a complex invasive surgery in Ohio the last week of May. Because during pre-op she developed a cough, the doctors postponed the surgery and her family has returned home.

EOSC announces 2024 graduates
