Healthy aging includes taking care of financial, legal health

Body
New year’s resolutions typically include doing something to improve or support one’s health. Staying healthy as we get older is important. Mostly, we think of exercise and eating well, but another component of healthy aging is ensuring your financial and legal health. Financial and legal health includes having a plan in place that includes an understanding of options available to pay for inhome or long-term care and who will act as a Power of Attorney. This is also helpful to loved ones who could eventually act as caregivers.
