The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Troy Michael Goforth, age 49, of Clayton, Okla., entered a guilty plea on May 31, 2023, to one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Truth Allen Stephens of Guymon, Oklahoma was arrested May 4 on felony charges for a writing a fraudulent check. The arrest is the result of an investigation led by Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Special Ranger Bart Perrier and the Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office.

The class came together to donate $10,000 to Hugo Public Schools, awarding the check to superintendent Cory Smith and high school principal Chance Baker (pictured top right corner).
