Museum Director The Frisco Depot Museum in March welcomed two new volunteers, Michelina Barcheri and Susan Ware. Ms. Ware is cleaning and rearranging the military room and Miss Barcheri is taking care of visitors and cleaning the front area. Thank you both so much for volunteering. Lucile Morehouse, 12, is an active 4-H member in Choctaw County, Okla. She is the current president for her local 4-H club, shows animals and participates in martial arts. She just received the Oklahoma 4-H Youth Development 2023 Enhancement Grant for her application called “Bee Box.”

Rep. Carl Newton, R-Cherokee, this week thanked the governor for signing into law a bill that will allow teens as young as 14 years old who live or work on a family farm to be eligible for a driving permit to go directly to or from home, work or school.
