OKLAHOMA CITY – September is World Sexual Health Month, and the Sexual Health and Harm Reduction Service (SHHR) at the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) is implementing a program that provides free self-tests to identify human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) to Oklahomans.

FORT TOWSON –– Fort Towson Historic Site will host a Cinnamon Roll Social on Saturday, Oct. 1, from 10 a.m. to noon. Guests are invited to enjoy delicious Dutch oven cinnamon rolls and visit with friends while learning about the nearly 200-year-old historic site. The event is free and open to the public.

Five seniors at Hugo High School are candidates for this year’s Football Homecoming Queen crown. The Coronation will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday before the Buffaloes kickoff against the Wilburton Diggers.
