MR. and MRS. LOYD DEATON of Rattan, will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 4 p.m. The celebration will be held at the Rattan Senior Citizens Center. All family and friends are invited to attend. Loyd and Kay were married in Rattan, Okla., on June 9, 1961. They have built a beautiful loving life together.

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State University awarded degrees to 4,047 students this past spring, including 2,508 Oklahomans, according to the office of the Registrar. Graduates are listed by their hometowns, along with degree and subject area.

The University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) honors local student Madelynn Dancer as Class Marshal for the 2021 College of Business spring graduating class. Students earn the title of Class Marshal for achieving the highest academic records within their colleges during their time at Central.

WILBURTON –– Eastern Oklahoma State College has announced honor rolls for the spring 2021 semester. There were 92 students named to the President’s Honor Roll, which requires a 4.0 grade point average in 12 or more credit hours during the semester.
