Ceremonial signing held for legislation to lock Oklahoma’s clock

OKLAHOMA CITY –– Senate Bill 1200 by Sen. Blake Cowboy Stephens, R-Tahlequah, was ceremonially signed by Gov. Kevin Stitt Wednesday.
