Hugo High School announces class of 2023 Honor graduates
2023 Hugo High School Valedictorian is Caleb Seth Joe: The son of Becka and Richard Ludlow and the grandson of Alberta and Larry Rudrow. He has lettered in football for four years, powerlifting for four years and track for one year. He also competed on the curriculum team for two years.
