Catina Woods

Funeral services for Catina Woods, of Hugo, Okla., were held April 4, 2026 at Christian Life Fellowship in Hugo. Catina passed away March 30, 2026, at the age of 53.

Catina Marie Woods was born on Nov. 6, 1972 to Paula Marie Woods in Hugo, Okla.

At an early age, Catina accepted Christ and became a devoted member of Christian Life Outreach Ministries in Hugo. She graduated from Hugo High School and later moved to California, where she attended college. She later returned to Hugo, and continued her education at E.T. Dunlap in Idabel, Okla.

Catina worked for several businesses throughout her life and most recently was employed by Hugo Public Schools.

Catina departed this life on March 30, 2026. She was preceded in death by her mother, Paula Marie Woods.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her children: Katrina Scott, Cameron Bills, and Ka’Queesha Watkins, all of Hugo, and Da’vontre Watkins of Piedmont, Okla. She is also survived by her two brothers: William Woods of California and Ronald Woods. Catina’s legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: She shared a special bond with her longtime friend. She also leaves to mourn her passing her mother-in-love; her bonus sisters; her bonus daughter; her bonus son, along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends, and two special nieces who played a significant role in her life.

Interment followed the service at Mt. Olive Cemetery with Pastor Carolyn Hicks officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
