Louis E. Wheaton

Funeral services for Louis E. Wheaton, of Hugo, Okla., will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025 at the South Central District Building in Hugo. Louis passed away Nov. 19, 2025, at the age of 76.

Surviving relatives include: his loving wife, Sherrie of Hugo; daughter, Kimmy Wheaton of McKinney, Texas; a nephew who was like a son; brothers: Frank Guess of Idabel, Okla., Rodney Wheaton of Houston, Texas; his sister, Robin Simmons of Hugo; an aunt. In addition, he is cherished by a host of brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Interment will follow the service at Crosley Cemetery with the Rev. Arthur Jefferson, Jr., and eulogist Dr. David L. Monk officiating, under the direction of Rogan Funeral Home.
