Roberto David “Robbie” Robb

A memorial gathering for Roberto David “Robbie” Robb, of Hugo, Okla., will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. July 18, 2026 at the Awesome Adventure House, 2647 E. 2070 Rd. in Hugo.

Roberto David “Robbie” Robb, born Oct. 3, 1961 in Dublin, Ga., passed away on June 26, 2026, at the age of 64. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Lupe and E.L. Robb.

Robbie’s story began with adventure. During the first years of his life, he traveled across the country with his parents as part of the circus. When it was time to begin school, the family settled in Hugo, Okla., where Robbie spent his childhood and built lifelong friendships. He attended Hugo High School and graduated in 1979.

Everyone who met Robbie Robb was richer for the experience. He possessed a creative spirit and a curious mind, always tinkering, building, repairing, or turning ordinary materials into something useful and unique. He found joy in figuring out how things worked and took pride in creating with his own hands. He was a die-hard Steeler fan. More than his talents, Robbie will be remembered for his generous heart, his sense of humor, his laugh, and the genuine kindness he showed to others. He had a way of making people feel welcome, valued, and loved. His life was a reminder that the greatest legacy we leave is found in the lives we touch.
