Tommy Lee Green

Tommy Lee Green was born Nov. 14, 1961 in Greenville, Texas. He passed away on June 19, 2025, at the age of 63, after a battle with cancer.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Tom and Nancy Green; brother, Joe Green; nephew, Jace Melton and best friend, Joe Morris.

Tommy worked in residential construction and operated Tommy Green’s Construction, mostly in the Hugo area. Tommy was a U.S. Army veteran, and a proud member of Hugo’s class of 1980.

Tommy leaves behind twin brother, Ronny Green; sister, Saundra Melton; nephews: Jimmy Joe Melton and wife, Michael Melton, Kevin Melton and wife; niece, Tracy Melton; great-nieces: Hayden Melton, Jaylee Melton and Averee Melton, along with numerous cousins, beloved dog, Brutis and a host of friends. A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2025 at Unity Baptist Church in Hugo, Okla.
