Oklahoma Senate leader wants to make Oklahoma a Sovereign State

OKLAHOMA CITY –Sen. Nathan Dahm, RBroken Arrow, has filed Senate Joint Resolution 2 proposing an amendment to Section 1 Article 1 of the Oklahoma Constitution. If passed by the Legislature, the proposed amendment would be put to a vote of the people in the next election.
