Corps of Engineers invites comments on Hugo Lake Master Plan

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District is in the early stages of revising the Hugo Lake Master Plan. The attached public notice gives information on the 30-day public comment period, what a master plan is used for and the key topics that will be addressed in the revision.
