Alabama Street, Durant, for the purpose of distributing and using any controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine, which is a Schedule II controlled substance and cocaine, which is also a Schedule II controlled substance… FORFEITURE ALLEGATION The allegations contained in Counts one through Nine of this indictment are hereby re-alleged and incorporated by reference for the purpose of alleging forfeiture pursuant to (named U.S. Code). All three named defendants in the indictment “shall forfeit to the United States… any and all of defendants’ right, title and interest in all property constituting and derived from any proceeds obtained directly and indirectly as the result of such offenses and any an all property used, or intended to be used in any manner or part, to commit or to facilitate the commission of such offenses, as well as all firearms and ammunition involved in the commission of the offenses and an asset forfeiture money judgment in the amount of proceeds obtained by the conspiracy and by the defendants.”
